"On june 9th 2020, I had a issue with my face shield I was told by OZ to come in and he can fix the problem. Once I entered the store my daughter and I where greeted by both RJ and OZ. Within minutes they both to fix the problem with my face shield. Also in addition to fixing the face shield, they both gave me great advice on a helmet for my daughter who had braids. They were both pleasant and patient as my daughter tried on several different helmets. RJ and OZ hands down has the best customer service."

"I was really disappointed with the service we received, the guy has no knowledge of helmets, I knew the specifics of what I wanted but he just kept trying to get my to buy a different color or style because they didnt have my size in the ones I wanted.. he didnt know anything about the helmet shapes when I asked questions he just brushed them off.. I've had the BEST service when I call and was really excited to go to this store that is 2 hours away to hopefully have the same experience but left pretty disappointed...

"I was in the store on 1-09-2019, I was looking to buy the Hot Wire heated liner jacket and pants and Hot Wire Heated Gloves. I also wanted the Freeze-Out long john set so that I can be ready for an upcoming Iron **** Ride. Needless to say how much money I was about to spend. However, the young lady that was helping me who I can't recall her name at this time was very knowledgeable about the equipment and she also knew how each piece works and gave me a great demonstration. WoW! I think that was cool. I made my purchase and tested out the heated gear. I had only one flaw. The left heated glove had power still coming through it with the button off. I had to pull the wire out to disconnect it so that my hand would cool down. I will return the gloves on
11-10-19 for a new set... Great Job Cycle Gear !!!"
